Peta Harta
Follow a hand-drawn map to its X and dig up a hidden box.

Peta Harta
Treasure maps (since v0.55). A map is kept in the Quests tab, three at most, and shows its place drawn in ink with a red X: somewhere on sand or grass near the water, away from people, the roads out and the camps, never at Kubu Kuala. Look at it, go there and dig with a hoe (cangkul, RM 12 from Pak Leh): on the X you find a box of ringgit, sometimes a valuable and now and then another map; anywhere else, the map tells you which way to go. The same map always holds the same box.
Maps turn up on raiders (about one in forty) and creatures (one in a hundred, crabs one in two hundred), in the things of every named man the first time he is beaten, after a third of hunts, and from Pak Deris and Tauke Lim, who pay you to dig one up. Tauke Lim the goldsmith in Kuala Terengganu buys valuables (a silver ring, a gold bangle, old dollars, a porcelain bowl, a silver brooch) for twice what Kak Yah gives.
